At Oracle Body Jewelry, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety, which is why we accept returns on unworn, factory-sealed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the intimate nature of body jewelry, items with broken tamper-evident seals cannot be returned or exchanged.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your jewelry is in its original, unopened vacuum-sealed packaging and that the request is within 30 days of the delivery date.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and a clear photo of the sealed item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the sealed jewelry in a padded mailer or its original box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the seal integrity, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
